About the icon
Christmas, The Birth of Jesus Christ
This is an authentic icon crafted according to Byzantine technique and style. All parts are made by hand and only the theme is reproduced using Premium Museum Standards Technique.
Once the wood panel is cut to the desired dimensions, our skilled craftsmen meticulously apply the 22 karats Gold Leaves on the background. Then the theme is directly printed on the prepared surface, resulting to an exquisite work of art.
At the back of the icon, a mounting point is installed, accompanied by our Certificate of Authenticity and Quality. All of our artworks bear the studio’s distinctive title and logo.
A thorough quality inspection takes place before we secure the package with durable protective materials to ensure safe delivery.
Each icon is made to order. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive the retail receipt and the tracking information via email.

We deliver worldwide with FedEx and DHL Express: Standard shipping takes 8–10 business days and Express 1–3 business days. Every parcel is insured and tracked.
Orders to the USA and UK are sent with all import duties included, so the price you pay at checkout is the final price, with no customs bill on delivery. Customs in some countries may need an extra day or two to clear the parcel.
Each icon is made to order. The preparation time is shown next to the price, and you receive the receipt and tracking details by email when your icon ships.
Hang the icon from the mounting point on its back, away from direct sunlight, radiators and damp walls. Gold leaf and painted colours keep best in steady, dry conditions.
Dust it gently with a soft, dry brush or cloth. Never use water, sprays or cleaning products on the gold or the painted surface.
After a thorough quality inspection, your icon is placed in its black luxury icon case and secured with durable protective materials for the journey.

“The print quality is extremely good, as usual - kudos! However, the motif itself is pretty pixelated. Would be better to take a higher resolution source image. Otherwise great product and service.”
“Beautiful Icon! Looks exactly as the photo incredible detail! Arrived well packaged. Second time buying Icons from this store.”

May God Bless Agiografia! Just got our Nativity Icon in and it is absolutely beautiful. 100% worth the premium.
This is the 5th icon I buy from this shop, always exceptional quality. The new process Alex uses makes this look as if its a hand written icon. I will be buying more.
