How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Every icon is a brand new artwork and needs about 4-9 days for its crafting and preparation.

Shipping time depends on the method you select during the Checkout process (Post office or Express).

What shipping methods are available?

We use DHL Express and FedEx Express as also the Post Office. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Do you charge sales tax?

All prices in our e-shop are final and they include VAT tax where it is applicable (EU countries).

If you order within European Union, your receipt will declare the VAT separetaly according to the Greek laws.

Will you keep my credit card information on file?

No card details are kept on our e-shop. All transactions are made directly into the Bank's secure environment or Paypal and we do not receive any of your card details.

We ship all over the World. If your Country is not included in the Checkout list of countries, please contact us at

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs may apply, and will be added at checkout. For certain countries there is a Free Shipping option.

Will my items come in one package?

All items in an order are shipped in one package.

Cancellations & Returns

Can I cancel my order?

Once you send us your order, you can cancel it into the next 6 hours by the time it was placed.

What is your returns policy?

Only if your package has been damaged during shipping or you received a wrong item, you can return the order within 14 days. Prerequisite is to contact us in advance at

Where should I mail my authorized return?

If you have contacted us at and your return has been approved, you will receive at your e-mail, the returning address for the package.

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

No worries! You can send us, before the day the package is shipped, an e-mail to: with the correct address.

Can I change my order once I' ve placed it?

Your order can change only into the next 6 hours by the time you placed it.

If the new order is more expensive than the initial one, you will be asked to send the difference.

If the new order is cheaper than the initial one, you will receive a coupon with the difference for use in a future order.

I received the wrong item

If you have received the wrong item, we undertake to return it and send the correct item at our own expense. Contact for the process to proceed.
