Ein Prosphoron (griechisch: πρόσφορον, Opfergabe) ist ein kleiner Laib gesäuertes Brot, das in orthodoxen und griechisch-katholischen (byzantinischen) Liturgien verwendet wird. Die Pluralform ist Prosphora (πρόσφορα). Ursprünglich bezeichnete der Begriff jede Opfergabe an einen Tempel, doch im orthodoxen Christentum bezeichnet er heute speziell das Brot, das bei der Göttlichen Liturgie (Eucharistie) geopfert wird.
