From the sleek website with a good search engine for size and theme, to perfect shipping information and package protection and especially the quality and beauty of the icon, the experience is flawless. The icon is beautifully crafted and (no pun intended) divine. The colors are vivid and the figure is beautiful and awe inspiring. I also really appreciated the little note that came with. I cannot wait to see my mother open the package at Christmas. This one was a gift but the icon will sit in my home.
