This is truly a gorgeous Kona. As a young girl I studied under Saint John in the Russian school (which my father designed)under the Holy Virgin Church in San Francisco. Before Saint John was canonized his sealed coffin was in a special room one level under the school which my father Oleg Miram designed as well lwhere parishioners would gather for special moliebens and other important events. This was very special to me as I would go and pray to Vladislav very often and always left feeling blessed by him. Thank you again for the beautiful Kona depicting a truly magnificent Saint John

There are a lot of beautiful icons of Christ on this site. I did my due diligence before buying and went with this particular icon. For me, it captures and conveys the authority and majesty of Christ. It's a beautiful icon. The colours of Jesus' garments are beautiful, a blend of blue and purple hues that themselves somehow convey regality and even divinity. But for me, it's the expression on Christ's face here. Calm, serene, all-knowing, loving, full of authority. It's a truly stunning icon and one that captures Christ's essence, I feel, which is what I was looking for. The icon has made a beautiful addition to my home office, where I will be able to take a moment to look at Christ throughout the day. What a blessing! Thanks Agiografia!
