How it ships
- By express courier or Hellenic Post, with a tracking number emailed the moment your parcel leaves.
- We need a full street address; we can’t ship to PO boxes, because a signature is required on delivery.
- For remote countries or areas, we’ll confirm courier charges with you before shipping.
- Delivery times can be longer in busy holiday seasons.
Customs & duties

| United States & United Kingdom | We ship DDP: duties and taxes are paid at checkout, so nothing is due on delivery. |
| Rest of the world | Orders are VAT-free. Import duties and taxes may be charged on arrival and are paid by the recipient, as importer of record. |
| Ukraine | Please include the recipient’s EDRPOU identification number for customs. |
Insurance & damage
Every order is insured against theft and damage at no cost to you. If a parcel arrives damaged or empty, open it in front of the courier, report the damage, and email us within 24 hours at info@agiografiaicons.com. We’ll send your order again.
Gifts
We gift-wrap on request; leave your gift message in the note at checkout.
Cancellations & returns
You may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery, as EU consumer law provides. As the law allows, this does not apply to icons made to your specifications or personalised for you. To start a return, email us at info@agiografiaicons.com.
